Amlenetug (Genetical Recombination)



Amlenetug is a recombinant anti-α-synuclein monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1, whose C-terminal K446 is deleted in the H-chain. Amlenetug is produced in CHO cells. Amlenetug is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 147,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 445 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 215 amino acid residues each.
