Andusomeran is a mRNA encoding full length of spike protein analog (K982P, V983P) of SARS-CoV-2 (Omicron variant, XBB.1.5). Andusomeran is a single-stranded RNA consisting of 4102 nucleotide residues including the 5’ cap structure and poly A sequence in which all uridine residues are replaced by N¹-methylpseudouridine residues.
