Anselamimab (Genetical Recombination)
Anselamimab is a recombinant monoclonal antibody against amyloid fibrils formed from immunoglobulin L-chains, whose variable regions are derived from mouse antibody and other regions are derived from human IgG1. Anselamimab is produced in CHO cells. Anselamimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 147,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 441 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 219 amino acid residues each.
