Atezolizumab (Genetical Recombination)

Atezolizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody against human programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) composed of complementarity-determining regions derived from human and mouse antibodies and framework regions and constant regions derived from human IgG1, whose amino acid residue at position 298 in the H-chain is substituted by Ala. Atezolizumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Atezolizumab is a protein composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 448 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
