Avalglucosidase Alfa (Genetical Recombination)

Avalglucosidase alfa is a glycoengineered alglucosidase alfa analog (molecular weight: ca. 124,000) which is oxidized and its average of 5-9 N-acetylneuraminic acid portions are chemically modified to 5-acetamido-3,5,7-trideoxy-7-[(E)-(2-oxo-2-{2-[4-({O-(6-O-phosphono-α-D-mannopyranosyl)-(1→2)-O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-[O-(6-O-phosphono-α-D-mannopyranosyl)-(1→2)-O-α-D-mannopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-mannopyranosyl}oxy)butanoyl]hydrazinyl}ethoxy)imino]-β-L-arabino-2-heptulo-2,6-pyranosylonic acid groups.
