Bemremeran



Bemremeran is a mRNA encoding receptor-binding domain analog (C534S) of spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 (Omicron variant, XBB.1.5). Bemremeran is a single-stranded RNA consisting of 1024 nucleotide residues including the 5’ cap structure and poly A sequence in which all cytidine and uridine residues are replaced by 5-methylcytidine and 5-methyluridine residues, respectively.
