Bimagrumab (Genetical Recombination)



Bimagrumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human activin receptor type IIB and IIA. Bimagrumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cell. Bimagrumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 145,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 445 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 217 amino acid residues each.
