Concizumab (Genetical Recombination)

Concizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody composed of complementarity-determining regions derived from mouse anti-human tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) monoclonal antibody, human framework regions and human IgG4 constant regions, whose amino acid residue at position 229 in the H-chain is substituted by Pro. Concizumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Concizumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 149,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 448 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 219 amino acid residues each.
