Dinutuximab (Genetical Recombination)
Dinutuximab is a recombinant chimeric monoclonal antibody composed of variable regions derived from mouse anti-ganglioside GD2 monoclonal antibody and constant regions derived from human IgG1. Dinutuximab is produced in murine myeloma (Sp2/0) cells. Dinutuximab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 150,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 443 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 220 amino acid residues each.
