Domvanalimab (Genetical Recombination)
Domvanalimab is a recombinant anti-TIGIT (human T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) monoclonal antibody whose complementarity-determining regions are derived from mouse antibodies, and other regions are derived from human IgG1. In the H-chain, the amino acid residues are substituted at 2 positions (L236A, L237A), and K449 at the C-terminus is deleted. Domvanalimab is produced in CHO cells. Domvanalimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 148,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 448 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
