Efzofitimod (Genetical Recombination)



Efzofitimod is a recombinant N-terminal methionylated fusion protein, whose amino acid residues at positions 2 – 228 and 229 – 287 correspond to an Fc domain of human IgG1 and amino acid residues at positions 2 – 60 (neuropilin-2-binding domain) of human histidyl-tRNA synthetase, respectively. Efzofitimod is produced in Escherichia coli. Efzofitimod is a protein composed of 2 subunits consisting of 287 amino acid residues each.
