Elasomeran is a mRNA encoding full length of spike protein analog (Lys986Pro, Val987Pro) of SARS-CoV-2.Elasomeran is a single-stranded RNA consisting of 4101 nucleotide residues including the 5’ cap structure and poly A sequence in which all uridine residues are replaced by N¹-methylpseudouridine residues.
