Evinacumab (Genetical Recombination)
Evinacumab is a recombinant human IgG4 monoclonal antibody against human angiopoietin-like 3 (ANGPTL3), whose amino acid residue at position 234 is substituted by Pro in the H-chain. Evinacumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Evinacumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 149,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 453 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
