Favezelimab (Genetical Recombination)



Favezelimab is a recombinant anti-LAG-3 monoclonal antibody whose complementarity-determining regions are derived from mouse antibody and other regions are derived from human IgG4. Favezelimab is produced in CHO cells. Favezelimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 149,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 446 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 218 amino acid residues each.
