Garadacimab is a recombinant anti-activated blood coagulation factor XII (FXIIa) monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG4, whose amino acid residue in the H-chain is substituted at 1 position (S237P). Garadacimab is produced in CHO cells. Garadacimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca.149,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 456 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 215 amino acid residues each.
