Ianalumab (Genetical Recombination)
Ianalumab is a recombinant anti-B cell activating factor belonging to the tumor necrosis factor family (BAFF) receptor monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1. Ianalumab is produced in GDP-6-deoxy-D-lyxo-4-hexulose reductase-expressed CHO cells. Ianalumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 150,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 454 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 215 amino acid residues each.
