Marstacimab (Genetical Recombination)
Marstacimab is a recombinant anti-tissue factor pathway inhibitor (TFPI) monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1. In the H-chain, the amino acid residues are substituted at 3 positions (L237A, L238A, G240A) and K450 at the C-terminus is deleted. Marstacimab is produced in CHO cells. Marstacimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 146,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 449 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 218 amino acid residues each.
