Naxitamab (Genetical Recombination)
Naxitamab is a recombinant anti-ganglioside GD2 monoclonal antibody whose complementarity-determining regions are derived from mouse antibody and other regions are derived from human IgG1. Naxitamab is produced in CHO cells. Naxitamab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca.146,000 ) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 449 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 211 amino acid residues each.
