Nelatimotide Trifluoroacetate



Nelatimotide trifluoroacetate is trifluoroacetate salt of a synthetic peptide composed of an A-chain consisting of 9 amino acid residues and a B-chain consisting of 10 amino acid residues. The A-chian corresponds to amino acid residues 235-243 of Wilms tumor protein (WT33). Amino acid residue at position 2 in the A-chian is substituted by Tyr. The B-chain corresponds to amino acid residues 126-134 of WT33 that is extended by addition of Cys at Nterminus. Chemical name is as follows :
