Nipocalimab (Genetical Recombination)
Nipocalimab is a recombinant anti-neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1, whose amino acid residue in the H-chain is substituted at 1 position (N296A). Nipocalimab is produced in CHO cells. Nipocalimab is a protein composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 446 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 216 amino acid residues each.
