Oleclumab (Genetical Recombination)
Oleclumab is a recombinant anti-CD73 monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1. In the H-chain, the amino acid residues are substituted at 3 positions (L234F, L235E, P331S). Oleclumab is produced in CHO cells. Oleclumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 146,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 447 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 216 amino acid residues each.
