Olipudase Alfa (Genetical Recombination)



Olipudase Alfa is a recombinant human sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase analog corresponding to amino acids 14 – 583 of human sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase. Olipudase Alfa is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells, which is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 76,000) consisting of 570 amino acid residues.
