Otilimab (Genetical Recombination)
Otilimab is a recombinant anti-human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1. Otilimab is produced in human embryonic retinoblast cells. Otilimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 145,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 447 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 210 amino acid residues each.
