Pabinafusp Alfa (Genetical Recombination)

Pabinafusp Alfa is a recombinant fusion glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 300,000) composed of humanized anti-human transferrin receptor monoclonal antibody and human iduronate-2-sulfatase. Pabinafusp Alfa is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Pabinafusp Alfa is composed of 2 A-chains consisting of 219 amino acid residues each and 2 B-chains consisting of 975 amino acid residues each. The A-chain is the L-chain (κ-chain) of the anti-human transferrin receptor antibody, and the amino acid residues at positions 1-448, 449-450, and 451-975 in the B-chain are composed of the H-chain (γ1-chain) of the anti-human transferrin receptor antibody, a linker, and human iduronate-2-sulfatase, respectively.
