Plozasiran Sodium



Plozasiran Sodium is a sodium salt of an siRNA derivative targeting apolipoprotein C-III (ApoC-III) covalently linked to a ligand moiety containing three GalNAc at the 5’ end of the sense strand. The siRNA moiety is composed of a duplex oligonucleotide of sense strand and antisense strand consisting of partially chemically modified 21 nucleotide residues each.
