Riliprubart (Genetical Recombination)
Riliprubart is a recombinant anti-complement C1s monoclonal antibody whose complementarity-determining regions are derived from mouse antibody and other regions are derived from human IgG4. In the H-chain, the amino acid residues are substituted at 4 positions (S227P, L234E, M427L, N433S). Riliprubart is produced in CHO cells. Riliprubart is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 148,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 446 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 218 amino acid residues each.
