Rocatinlimab (Genetical Recombination)
Rocatinlimab is a recombinant anti-OX40 monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1. Rocatinlimab is produced in glycoprotein 6-α-L-fucosyltransferase-deficient CHO cells. Rocatinlimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 150,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 447 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
