Sarilumab (Genetical Recombination)
Sarilumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human interleukin-6 receptor α subunit. Sarilumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Sarilumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 150,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 446 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
