Sibeprenlimab (Genetical Recombination)



Sibeprenlimab is a recombinant anti-APRIL (a proliferation-inducing ligand) monoclonal antibody whose complementarity-determining regions are derived from mouse antibody and other regions are derived from human IgG2. Sibeprenlimab is produced in CHO cells. Sibeprenlimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 149,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ2-chains) consisting of 446 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 218 amino acid residues each.
