Sipavibart (Genetical Recombination)
Sipavibart is a recombinant anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike protein monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1, in which amino acid residues in the H-chain are substituted at 6 positions (L242F, L243E, M260Y, S262T, T264E, P339S). Sipavibart is produced in CHO cells. Sipavibart is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 148,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 455 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 215 amino acid residues each.
