Solanezumab (Genetical Recombination)
Solanezumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody composed of complementarity-determining regions derived from mouse anti-human amyloid beta peptide soluble monomer monoclonal antibody and framework regions and constant regions derived from human IgG1. Solanezumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Solanezumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight:ca.151,000) composed of 2 H-chain (γ1- chain) molecules consisting of 442 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chain (κ-chain) molecules consisting of 219 amino acid residues each.
