Somatrogon (Genetical Recombination)



Somatrogon is a recombinant fusion glycoprotein composed of C-terminal peptides of β subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin at positions 1-28, 220-247 and 248-275, and human growth hormone at positions 29-219. Somatrogon is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Somatrogon is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 40,000) consisting of 275 amino acid residues.
