Tegrenmeran



Tegrenmeran is a mRNA encoding receptor-binding domain analog (C533S) of spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 (Omicron variant, B.1.1.529.4 and B.1.1.529.5). Tegrenmeran is a single-stranded RNA consisting of 1019 nucleotide residues including the 5’ cap structure and poly A sequence in which all cytidine and uridine residues are replaced by 5-methylcytidine and 5-methyluridine residues, respectively.
