Teprotumumab is a recombinant anti-insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1. Teprotumumab is produced in CHO cells. Teprotumumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca.148,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 448 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 215 amino acid residues each.
