Tezepelumab (Genetical Recombination)
Tezepelumab is a recombinant human IgG2 monoclonal antibody against human thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). Tezepelumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Tezepelumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 147,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ2-chains) consisting of 448 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
