Ufrenmeran is a mRNA encoding receptor-binding domain of spike protein of SARS-CoV-2. Ufrenmeran is a single-stranded RNA consisting of 1023 nucleotide residues including the 5’ cap structure and poly A sequence in which all cytidine and uridine residues are replaced by 5-methylcytidine and 5-methyluridine residues, respectively.
