Cetrelimab (Genetical Recombination)


セトレリマブは，遺伝子組換え抗PD-1モノクローナル抗体であり，ヒトIgG4に由来し，H鎖の1個のアミノ酸残基が置換（S231P）されている．セトレリマブは，CHO細胞により産生される．セトレリマブは，450個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ4鎖）2本及び214個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（κ鎖）2本で構成される糖タンパク質（分子量：約148,000）である．

Cetrelimab is a recombinant anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG4, whose amino acid residue in the H-chain is substituted at 1 position (S231P). Cetrelimab is produced in CHO cells. Cetrelimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 148,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 450 amino acid residues each, and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
