メザギタマブは，遺伝子組換え抗CD38モノクローナル抗体であり，ヒトIgG1に由来する．メザギタマブは，CHO細胞により産生される．メザギタマブは，453個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ1鎖）2本及び216個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（λ鎖）2本で構成される糖タンパク質（分子量：約147,000）である．

Mezagitamab is a recombinant anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody derived from human IgG1. Mezagitamab is produced in CHO cells. Mezagitamab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 147,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 453 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (λ-chains) consisting of 216 amino acid residues each.
