Ecallantide (Genetical Recombination)


エカランチドは，遺伝子組換えヒト組織因子経路インヒビター類縁体であり，ヒト組織因子経路インヒビターの20～79 番目のアミノ酸残基に対応する．エカランチドの1，2，17，19，20，21 及び23 番目のアミノ酸残基は，それぞれ，Glu，Ala，Arg，Ala，His，Pro 及びTrp に置換されている．エカランチドは，60 個のアミノ酸残基からなるペプチドである．

Ecallantide is a recombinant human tissue factor pathway inhibitor analog corresponding to amino acid residues 20—79 of human tissue factor pathway inhibitor. Amino acid residues of Ecallantide at positions 1, 2, 17, 19, 20, 21 and 23 are substituted by Glu, Ala, Arg, Ala, His, Pro and Trp, respectively. Ecallantide is a peptide consisting of 60 amino acid residues.
