Epoetin Alfa (Genetical Recombination)


本品の本質は，遺伝子組換えヒトエリスロポエチンであり，チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞で産生される．本品は，165個のアミノ酸残基からなる糖タンパク質（分子量約37000 〜 42000）である．本品は，水溶液である．
本品は定量するとき，1 mL当たり1.1 〜 1.5 mgのタンパク質を含み，タンパク質1 mg当たり1.5×10⁵単位以上を含む．

Epoetin Alfa (Genetical Recombination) is an aqueous solution in which a desired product is a recombinant human erythropoietin produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. It is a glycoprotein (molecular mass: ca. 37,000 to 42,000) consisting of 165 amino acid residues.
It contains not less than 1.1 mg and not more than 1.5 mg of protein per mL, and not less than 1.5 × 10⁵ units per mg of protein.
