Epoetin Beta (Genetical Recombination)


本品の本質は，遺伝子組換えヒトエリスロポエチンであり，チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞で産生される．本品は，165個のアミノ酸残基からなる糖タンパク質（分子量約30000）である．本品は，水溶液である．
本品は定量するとき，1 mL当たり0.5 〜 1.5 mgのタンパク質を含み，タンパク質1 mg当たり1.5×10⁵単位以上を含む．

Epoetin Beta (Genetical Recombination) is an aqueous solution in which a desired product is a recombinant human erythropoietin produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. It is a glycoprotein (molecular mass: ca. 30,000) consisting of 165 amino acid residues.
It contains not less than 0.5 mg and not more than 1.5 mg of protein per mL, and not less than 1.5 × 10⁵ units per mg of protein.
