イダルシズマブは，遺伝子組換えヒト化モノクローナル抗体のFab断片であり，マウス抗ダビガトラン抗体の相補性決定部，並びにヒトIgG1のフレームワーク部及び定常部からなる．イダルシズマブは，225個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ1鎖）断片及び219個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（κ鎖）から構成されるタンパク質である．

Idarucizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody Fab fragment composed of complementarity-determining regions derived from mouse anti-dabigatran monoclonal antibody and framework regions and constant regions derived from human IgG1. Idarucizumab is a protein composed of an H-chain (γ1-chain) fragment consisting of 225 amino acid residues and an L-chain (κ-chain) consisting of 219 amino acid residues.
