Lenograstim (Genetical Recombination)


本品の本質は，遺伝子組換えヒト顆粒球コロニー刺激因子であり，チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞で産生される．本品は，174個のアミノ酸残基からなる糖タンパク質（分子量約20000）である．本品は，水溶液である．
本品は定量するとき，1 mL当たり0.40 〜 0.60 mgのタンパク質を含み，タンパク質1 mg当たり1.02×10⁸単位以上を含む．

Lenograstim (Genetical Recombination) is an aqueous solution in which a desired product is a recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. It is a glycoprotein (molecular mass: ca. 20,000) consisting of 174 amino acid residues.
It contains not less than 0.40 mg and not more than 0.60 mg of protein per mL, and not less than 1.02 × 10⁸ units per mg of protein.
