オララツマブは，ヒト血小板由来増殖因子受容体αサブユニットに対する遺伝子組換えヒトIgG1モノクローナル抗体である．オララツマブは，マウスミエローマ（NS0）細胞により産生される．オララツマブは，457個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ1鎖）2本及び214個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（κ鎖）2本で構成される糖タンパク質（分子量：約155,000）である．

Olaratumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human platelet-derived growth factor receptor α subunit. Olaratumab is produced in mouse myeloma (NS0) cells. Olaratumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 155,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 457 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
