Gosuranemab (Genetical Recombination)


ゴスラネマブは，ヒト微小管関連タンパク質タウに対する遺伝子組換えモノクローナル抗体であり，定常部はヒトIgG4に由来し，そのH鎖の241番目のアミノ酸残基はProに置換され，C末端のLysは除去されている．ゴスラネマブは，チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞により産生される．ゴスラネマブは，443個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ4鎖）2本及び219個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（κ鎖）2本で構成される糖タンパク質（分子量：約145,000）である．

Gosuranemab is a recombinant anti-human microtubule-associated protein tau monoclonal antibody having constant regions derived from human IgG4, whose amino acid residue at position 241 is substituted by Pro and C-terminal Lys is deleted in the H-chain. Gosuranemab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Gosuranemab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca.145,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 443 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 219 amino acid residues each.
