Cendakimab (Genetical Recombination)


センダキマブは，遺伝子組換え抗インターロイキン-13モノクローナル抗体であり，その相補性決定部はマウス抗体に由来し，その他はヒトIgG1に由来する．H鎖の2つのアミノ酸残基が置換（L240A，L241A）されている．センダキマブは，CHO細胞により産生される．センダキマブは，453個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ1鎖）2本及び214個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（κ鎖）2本で構成される糖タンパク質（分子量：約149,000）である．

Cendakimab is a recombinant anti-interleukin-13 monoclonal antibody whose complementarity-determining regions are derived from mouse antibody and other regions are derived from human IgG1. In the H-chain, the amino acid residues are substituted at 2 positions (L240A, L241A). Cendakimab is produced in CHO cells. Cendakimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 149,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 453 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 214 amino acid residues each.
