チラゴルマブは，ヒトIg領域及びITIM領域を有するT細胞免疫受容体（TIGIT）に対する遺伝子組換えヒトIgG1モノクローナル抗体である．チラゴルマブは，チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞により産生される．チラゴルマブは，456個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ1鎖）2本及び220個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（κ鎖）2本で構成される糖タンパク質（分子量：約151,000）である．

Tiragolumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT). Tiragolumab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Tiragolumab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 151,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ1-chains) consisting of 456 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 220 amino acid residues each.
