フェラジリマブは，遺伝子組換え抗ヒト誘導性T細胞共刺激因子（ICOS）モノクローナル抗体であり，その相補性決定部はマウス抗体に由来し，その他はヒトIgG4に由来する．H鎖の229及び236番目のアミノ酸残基はそれぞれPro及びGluに置換されている．フェラジリマブは，チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞により産生される．フェラジリマブは，448個のアミノ酸残基からなるH鎖（γ4鎖）2本及び213個のアミノ酸残基からなるL鎖（κ鎖）2本で構成される糖タンパク質（分子量：約148,000）である．

Feladilimab is a recombinant anti-human inducible T-cell costimulator (ICOS) monoclonal antibody, the complementarity-determining regions of which are derived from mouse antibody and other regions are derived from human IgG4. In the H-chain, the amino acid residues at positions 229 and 236 are substituted by Pro and Glu, respectively. Feladilimab is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells. Feladilimab is a glycoprotein (molecular weight: ca. 148,000) composed of 2 H-chains (γ4-chains) consisting of 448 amino acid residues each and 2 L-chains (κ-chains) consisting of 213 amino acid residues each.
